Prit first encountered Osteopathy during her many years of competing internationally for the UKITF National Taekwondo Team, and with a background in Sport and Exercise Science she decided to pursue it as a career. Since qualifying from the prestigious British School of Osteopathy (now University College of Osteopathy) in 2015 with a Masters in Osteopathy, she continued to follow her passion for sports by working with many top level professional UK and European athletes.
With her background in martial arts, Prit is aware of the demands placed on the body not only whilst in training, but also when training ceases and old injuries remerge. Passionate about helping patients’ get their bodies back to optimal health, she uses a variety of techniques within treatment to achieve this. Reducing the risk of recurrence or aggravation is a priority in treatment, so emphasis is placed on the importance of patient understanding and awareness of their problem.

Prit has had a wealth of experience working with a wide range of patients including expectant mothers, geriatrics, athletes and those with acute and chronic conditions, and also enjoys treating a wide range of problems from lower back and neck pain, to shoulder, knee and hip problems. Also a keen sportswoman, Prit is a V Dan Black Belt in the Martial Art of Taekwondo. Having competed since the age of 13, she has travelled worldwide representing Team GB achieving both World and European medals.
